Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these legal policies.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your relationship with NexMitra Technologies(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your access to and use of our corporate websites, custom dashboard solutions, autonomous AI agents, business intelligence pipelines, and proprietary enterprise software systems.
2. Custom Software & Deployment License
Subject to your complete compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the custom software, APIs, and dashboard systems developed for your corporate entity as specified under your customized Service Level Agreement (SLA). Reverse-engineering, unauthorized sublicensing, or structural replication of our core autonomous AI system weights and workflows is strictly prohibited.
3. Enterprise SLA, Support, & Maintenance
All high-volume dashboard solutions and autonomous AI workers are subject to custom maintenance terms, deployment frameworks, and active engineering updates as outlined in your organization's formal commercial contract. We guarantee operational support according to the respective tiers detailed therein.
4. User Representations & Compliance
By accessing our systems, you guarantee that: (a) all registration and operational data you submit is truthful, accurate, and current; (b) you hold the authority to bind your corporate organization to these Terms; and (c) your use of our custom software does not violate any applicable local, national, or international data protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing, the website structures, core codebase libraries, baseline designs, database models, graphics, and central neural visualization interfaces are owned by NexMitra Technologies. Your custom database records, corporate workflows, and unique proprietary datasets remain exclusively your intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our custom dashboard solutions and AI agents are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we enforce best-practice engineering patterns and complete security hardening, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, absolute data infallibility, or continuous external API compatibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NexMitra Technologies or our directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost database sync records, arising from your use of the services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of our platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India.
